On March 26, the “Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law Beijing Municipal Legislation Practice Research Base” and the academic symposium on “to Guarantee High-Quality Development with High-Quality Legislation” took place at the Haidian campus, which was hosted by Beijing Municipal Law Society, Beijing Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee and China University of Political Science and Law, and organized by School of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law of the University. Guo Xusheng, secretary of the party group and full-time vice president of Beijing Municipal Law Society, Wang Rongmei, director of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress, and Ma Huaide, president of China University of Political Science and Law, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Shijianzhong, vice president of China University of Political Science and Law.
