General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 2024 National Education Conference the need to implement the "Educator Spirit Forging Soul and Empowering Teachers" initiative. This includes strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and conduct, improving the quality of teacher training and education, and cultivating a high-quality team of teachers for the new era. Since November, the Party branch of the School of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has diligently implemented the requirements set forth by the university's Party Committee and the Party Committee of the research system. The branch has organized a series of activities to embrace the spirit of the National Education Conference, study the deeds of Mr. Zhang Jinfan, the "People's Educator," and promote and embody the spirit of educators.
