Ming Hu is a male of Han ethnicity, born in April 1962 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985 and began his career in July 1985. He graduated from Nankai University with a postgraduate degree and holds a Doctorate in Law. He is a Professor.
