On November 30, 2022, in accordance with their learning plan, the Tongzhou District Government of Beijing invited Professor Lin Hua from the School of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law at China University of Political Science and Law to deliver a special lecture titled “Enriching and Developing Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law with the Guidance of the 19th CPC National Congress Spirit.”

Professor Lin Hua, standing from a political and comprehensive perspective, focused on the historical logic and core principles of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law. He explained the key contents of studying Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law, particularly emphasizing the interpretation of the rule of law aspects proposed at the 19th National Congress of the CPC. He also provided suggestions for Tongzhou District on fully implementing Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law and accelerating the construction of the rule of law sub-center, in conjunction with the actual situation of the sub-center.

Meng Jingwei, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, emphasized the importance of deep understanding and thorough comprehension, aligning with new deployments and requirements, ensuring effective implementation of key tasks, and comprehensively accelerating the construction of a rule of law government.
