On October 14, 2021, the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Center held a study session where Professor Ma Huaide, President of China University of Political Science and Law, delivered a special guidance report on “Core Principles of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law.”

Professor Ma Huaide’s guidance report focused on studying Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law, integrating historical continuity with contemporary reality, and combining theory with practice. He systematically elucidated the core principles of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Rule of Law, including its significance in comprehensively governing the country according to law, political direction, key tasks, work arrangements, and crucial safeguards. He also provided targeted recommendations for advancing the construction of a rule of law China based on local conditions.
